IF WE ARE INTERESTED IN HAVING OUR WEDDING CEREMONY AND RECEPTION AT THE BROADBERRY, HOW MANY GUESTS CAN THE VENUE COMFORTABLY ACCOMMODATE?
Ceremony Fee: $500
We can seat up to 100 guests for a ceremony held on stage. Chairs would be collected immediately following the ceremony and redistributed to the tables for dinner. Our patio can handle overflow of guests during that time. A reception allows more guests as the stage/dance floor will be cleared.
WHAT IS THE RENTAL FEE FOR A WEDDING OR PRIVATE EVENT?
Starts at Friday: $2000, Saturday: $2500, Sunday: $1500
Our rental rates vary based on the day of the week, the number of guests, security, production needs, time for setup and breakdown, and your commitment to a food and beverage minimum.

The Camel is our sister venue which offers additional event space less than a mile from The Broadberry.

HOW MANY HOURS ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL FEE?
The rental rate constitutes the amount of hours allotted for use of the venue. It can cover up to 24 hours, usually 10 a.m. to 10 a.m, but is typically 5 hours, not to exceed 8 (additional time hourly fee). This includes setup, breakdown and removal of all event items, including but not limited to furniture rentals, floral installations and post-event cleaning by The Broadberry staff.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE IN-HOUSE AUDIO AND VISUAL SYSTEM?
Fully integrated sound system compatible with iPods, DJs or live band setups
Two wireless microphones with stands
High definition projectors with optional projector screen
An in-house audio technician is required for all live music productions (additional fees will apply)
HOW DO I BOOK A DATE?
25 percent of the rental fee is due as a deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is paid in increments, and also agreed upon at the time of booking.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
More than 90 days prior to your event – full refund of rental fee deposit
Between 30 and 90 days prior to your event – you forfeit your deposit and any payments you made
Within 30 days of your event – you forfeit your deposit, any payments you made and you must pay the remainder of the balance
Within one week of your event – an additional fee of $450 will be charged
DO I NEED TO HIRE AN EVENT PLANNER OR COORDINATOR?*
The Broadberry provides an experienced event coordinator to assist you in planning and executing your event. The Operations Manager will be on-site during your event to answer any event-related questions, provide general assistance and oversee the building and staff. The event coordinator can be available on-site for a flat rate of $250 for up to five hours and $75 for each additional hour.
